Is my SMTP password safe?
It is encrypted the moment you save it and never shown again, not even to you. Every store is kept apart from every other.
Are emails really unlimited?
We never charge per email or per contact. The only cap is the sending limit your own provider sets.
What happens at my provider’s limit?
Extra emails wait in the queue and leave when the limit resets. Nothing fails, nothing is lost.
What if my SMTP breaks?
Sending pauses, you get an alert from us, and the queue empties as soon as you reconnect.
Will it clash with Shopify’s own emails?
We warn you when an automation overlaps a Shopify notification, so you can turn one of them off.
What happens after the trial?
Choose a plan or stay on Free. Anyone already inside a sequence still gets every remaining email.
