Your emails leave through your own SMTP, so sending costs us nothing extra. We charge for features, never for your list. The only cap is your own provider's daily limit.

How am I billed?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your normal Shopify bill, so there is no separate card to enter.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Every new store gets the full Advanced plan for 14 days. No charge and no payment approval to start. After 14 days you move to Free unless you pick a paid plan.
What if I upgrade during the trial?
You approve the plan in Shopify, but billing only starts when your trial ends. You lose no trial days.
What happens when I downgrade?
Features above your new plan are paused, never deleted. Customers already inside a sequence still get every remaining email. Upgrade again and everything resumes.
Is there really no limit on emails?
We never charge per email or per contact. Your own provider sets the only limit, for example about 500 a day on a personal Gmail account.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Annual plans get two months free, and Shopify works out the prorated amount when you switch.
