Live in four steps.

Install from Shopify, check your brand, connect the mailbox you already pay for, and switch on your automations. Here is every step, and what happens after you go live.

Add it from the Shopify App Store.

One click in your Shopify admin. You approve the permissions Sync Notify needs, and we start copying your customers and orders in the background.

02 · BRAND

Your logo and colours, already in place.

We read your logo, colours and fonts from Shopify and show them on a sample email. If it looks like your store, click Looks good. If not, change it right there.

03 · SMTP

Plug in the mailbox you already pay for.

Type your sending address. We spot the provider, fill in the host and port, and test the connection while sending you a real email, all in one click.

  • Passwords encrypted, never shown again

04 · GO LIVE

Switch on your first automations.

Five starter automations come ready, each with its trigger and an email in your brand. Turn on the ones you want and press Go live.
