Make a test signup
After Go live, the app suggests making a test signup on your store. The checklist item ticks itself when the first welcome email is sent.

Home shows a setup checklist until it is complete. Then your top automations by revenue take its place.

While your data syncs
Event automations start at once. Time-based automations (win-back, birthday, first-order anniversary) start with the first daily scan after the initial sync of your customers and orders finishes.
If your email connection breaks
If your SMTP settings are deleted or stop working, a red banner shows on every page, sending stops and you get an alert email. Click "Fix now" to connect again. Once it is fixed, sending resumes and queued emails go out on their own.
