Common errors.
ERR 01Certificate name mismatch
The guessed mail subdomain is not covered by the server's certificate. Return to Connect Devices and use the exact secure Outgoing Server hostname generated by cPanel.
ERR 02Authentication failed
The mailbox address or password is incorrect, or the cPanel login password was entered instead. Use the complete email address and reset that mailbox's password in Email Accounts before testing again.
ERR 03Hourly sending limit exceeded
The domain reached the limit configured by the hosting package or WHM administrator. Ask the host for the exact limit, wait for the next hourly window, and keep Sync Notify's send rate below it.
