Common errors.
ERR 01Authentication failed
The username is incomplete or the stored mailbox password is no longer current. Use the complete email address, reset the mailbox password in hPanel if needed, and update the saved credential before retesting.
ERR 02Connection timed out or encryption failed
A firewall or hosting network blocked the selected SMTP port, or the encryption mode does not match it. Use SSL with port 465. If that path is blocked, try TLS or STARTTLS with port 587.
ERR 03Daily limit reached
The mailbox used its current rolling 24-hour allowance or exceeded the recipients-per-message limit. Check View all limits in hPanel, wait for the rolling allowance to recover, and keep Sync Notify's send rate inside the plan limit.
