Common errors.

ERR 01Authentication failed

Zoho rejected the username or password, often because two-factor authentication requires an application password. Use the complete email address and create a fresh application-specific password if two-factor authentication is enabled.

ERR 02Relaying disallowed or sender mismatch

The From address does not match the authenticated Zoho mailbox or a configured alias. Use the authenticated address as the From address, or add and verify the required alias in Zoho before retrying.

ERR 03Sending limit reached

Zoho's external sending allowance is dynamic and does not support bulk or burst sending from a normal mailbox. Pause until the rolling hourly restriction clears, lower the sending rate, or use Zoho's dedicated campaign or transactional service for higher volume.
