Plans
Emails are unlimited on every plan. The only cap is your own SMTP provider's rate limit.
- Free, $0: your SMTP with rate limits, 1 welcome sequence, basic conditions and delays, template and form editor, basic reports, a "Powered by Sync Notify" footer and email support.
- Pro, $12 a month: all triggers, unlimited sequences, full conditions and delays, full reports including per-step and revenue, and no branding line.
- Advanced, $29 a month: everything in Pro, plus the HTML editor, multi-language templates including Urdu right to left, and priority support.
The 14-day trial
- Every new store gets all Advanced features free for 14 days. No charge and no payment approval are needed to start.
- There is one trial per store, tracked by the store's Shopify domain. Reinstalling the app does not restart it.
- On day 10 and day 13 you get a reminder in the dashboard and by email, showing your store's real results: emails sent, clicks, orders and revenue.
- The dashboard shows a trial badge with the days left and a button to choose a plan.
- After 14 days your store moves to Free unless you picked a paid plan.
Annual plans
Annual plans cost ten times the monthly price, which gives you two months free.
Billed through Shopify
All charges go through Shopify Billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. Shopify handles payment, proration and taxes.
