Steps
- Open the templateFrom an email step in the automation editor, or from Templates. Each trigger has a library of 2 to 3 layouts.
- Fill in the formThe preview beside the form updates as you edit.
- Send a testThe test goes to your email address, prefilled.
- SaveIf the template is used by a live sequence, queued emails use the new version but keep their schedule.

- Unique discount code block: a code is generated on Shopify for each recipient at send time
Brand and footer
Your logo, colours and fonts are pulled from Shopify and applied to every template. You can change them in Brand settings.
Every email has a locked footer with your store address and an unsubscribe link. On the Free plan it also shows a "Powered by Sync Notify" line, which Pro and Advanced remove.
Preview and plain text
Preview with real store data on desktop and mobile, in light and dark mode. A plain-text version of every email is generated automatically.
